An online booking reserves one tee time on the 18-hole Footgolf course.
You pay for two players at the time of booking, or for a published family package. This secures the tee time.
Any additional players in your group, up to a maximum of six, pay at the clubhouse when you check in.
Prices are those shown on the booking page at the time you book.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Football hire is not included in your booking. Balls are hired at the clubhouse for £1 per ball plus a £5 refundable deposit. The deposit is returned when the ball is returned undamaged.
You are welcome to bring your own football.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tee time and check in at the clubhouse, where you collect a scorecard and settle any additional players and ball hire.
The venue needs to decide and state whether a booking can be cancelled and how much notice is required, whether a cancellation is refunded, credited or neither, whether a booking can be moved to a different date or time and how much notice that needs, and how to request a cancellation or change.
Note that the online booking system currently has both rescheduling and cancellation switched off, so a customer cannot presently change or cancel their own booking and must contact the venue. Whatever is written here has to match how the system is actually configured.
The venue needs to state what happens when play is not possible because of weather or course conditions: whether affected bookings are refunded or rescheduled, who decides, and how customers are told.
Players are expected to follow course rules and the instructions of staff, to play at a reasonable pace out of consideration for the groups behind, and to take care of the course, equipment and other players.
We may ask anyone behaving unsafely or offensively to leave without a refund.
Footgolf is a physical outdoor activity and you take part at your own risk. You are responsible for making sure you and your group are fit to play.
