What this notice covers
How we handle personal information when you book Footgolf online, send a group enquiry, contact us, or use our website.
Padel court bookings are taken through Playtomic, who operate their own booking platform and their own privacy notice. This notice does not cover what Playtomic does with your information.
What we collect
When you book a tee time online:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- The date and time you book
- The number of players in your group and your booking preferences
- Any notes you add to your booking
- Payment confirmation details
We do not receive or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, described below.
When you send a group, corporate or stag enquiry:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- Your preferred date, estimated group size and type of event
- Any notes you add
When you use our website, we and our analytics provider may collect standard technical information such as pages viewed and approximate location, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can email [email protected]. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a booking you have made.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the suppliers who run parts of our booking system on our behalf:
- HighLevel — our booking and customer management system, which stores your booking and enquiry details and sends booking-related messages.
- Stripe — our payment provider, which processes card payments. Stripe receives your card details directly; we receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
- Google — website analytics, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Squarespace — our website host.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.
